Why families choose Network Family Office
Peace of mind, without the overwhelm.
Family office services are no longer just for the ultra-wealthy. Today, any family with multiple financial responsibilities, business interests, or generational needs can benefit from structured, professional support.
We help families who:
-
Are managing businesses or investment structures and need coordination.
-
Want to simplify and organise complex financial, tax, and legal matters.
-
Are planning for retirement or succession, and want confidence in the process.
-
Are caring for ageing family members who can no longer manage financial details.
-
Want to preserve wealth and create continuity for the next generation.
How we work
Our model is different — it’s built around the Professional Pod, a coordinated network of advisers and specialists who work together for your family.
-
Lead Adviser – your single point of contact, guiding the big picture.
-
Professional Partners – accountants, financial planners, finance specialists, estate lawyers — brought in when you need them.
-
Network Support – our dedicated team who keep tasks, documents, and workflows moving.
-
Technology – your secure vault and reporting dashboard so everything is transparent and accessible.
This means you don’t have to be the coordinator. We do it for you — seamlessly.

Our vision
Network is redefining the future of family wealth management.
We see a future where Australian families and businesses are supported not by fragmented services, but by small, trusted teams of professionals working together with purpose.
Our role is to understand what matters most to families, coordinate the right advice at the right time, and provide the structure and clarity to keep them organised, on track, and confident.
This isn’t just about making more money. It’s about helping families stay in control, protect what matters, and prepare the next generation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Connected Life Assessment, and why is it important?
This is where we begin. We sit down with you to understand your values, goals, and family priorities. We also gather the facts - income, expenses, assets, liabilities, structures.
The goal is simple: to create a clear, connected picture of your life. Without this, any plan is just guesswork. With it, we can align every professional you work with around what actually matters to you.
What’s in the Strategic Plan + Financial Projections?
The Strategic Plan is your 12-month roadmap - the actions, reviews, and referrals that need to happen. It answers: What’s next? Who is doing it? When will it be done?
The Projections (non-advice) are about the longer-term view - showing how today’s income, expenses, debt, and investments play out over years. Families often say this is the first time they’ve been able to “see the future” in one place.
How often do I meet with my Lead Adviser, and what happens in those reviews?
-
Base: 2 times per year – focus on tracking progress, updating your plan, and ensuring nothing is missed.
-
Core: 4 times per year – quarterly check-ins to stay on top of more moving parts (business, trusts, SMSF).
-
Concierge: 6 times per year – every 2 months. This is where we can keep in touch with your long-term direction, bring in other professionals wherever needed, and tackle intergenerational topics.
These aren’t “tick-the-box” reviews. They are structured, proactive sessions to course-correct before small issues become big problems.
What does Family Office Support actually look like day to day?
Think of it as the engine room behind the scenes:
-
Base: Once a month we sweep through your admin — file documents, chase renewals, update the vault, and make sure essentials are tidy.
-
Core: Every fortnight we’re in motion — checking on tasks, coordinating with your accountant, lender, or lawyer, and keeping workflows moving.
-
Concierge: We’re always on. Every week our team is monitoring, coordinating, and integrating activity across complex structures so nothing drifts.
The difference is cadence: the more complexity you carry, the more frequent and hands-on the support needs to be.
What is Professional Pod Access — and how is it different from just hiring my own professionals?
Every family has professionals (accountant, lawyer, adviser, broker). The problem is, they usually don’t talk to each other — and you end up being the coordinator.
With Pod Access, we change that:
-
You always have access to our trusted network of professionals.
-
We coordinate introductions, brief them with context, and make sure they’re aligned with your family strategy.
-
At Core and Concierge levels, we attend meetings with them (quarterly or monthly) so you don’t have to explain your story over and over.
The Pod doesn’t replace your professionals — it connects them, so you finally get everyone rowing in the same direction.
What does Ontrack Reporting include, and why is it valuable?
Families want to know: “Where are we at? What’s been done? What’s coming up?”
-
Base: A quarterly summary gives you a snapshot — completed tasks, upcoming deadlines, outstanding items.
-
Core: A quarterly dashboard shows more detail — debts, renewals, cashflow snapshots, progress against your plan.
-
Concierge: A monthly dashboard plus a quarterly narrative. The narrative explains the “so what” — what changed, why it matters, and how it links to your goals.
It’s about visibility. No surprises, no wondering if things are slipping.
What’s in the Secure Document Vault?
Families often have documents scattered everywhere — in filing cabinets, Dropbox folders, email inboxes. The Vault brings them all into one secure place.
-
Wills, EPOAs, trust deeds
-
Loan docs, property titles
-
Insurance policies
-
Key business documents
It means everything important is backed up, easy to find, and shared with the right people when needed.
What is a Family Strategy Session, and who should be in the room?
A facilitated session where your family (and sometimes key professionals) come together to talk about bigger-picture issues: succession, inheritance, family values, or major decisions.
-
Core: Available as an add-on when needed.
-
Concierge: One session per year included.
It creates alignment, reduces conflict, and gives everyone a voice in the process.
What does Priority Support mean in practice?
When life throws a curveball — an urgent tax notice, unexpected health event, sudden business issue — you can call us first.
-
We stabilise the situation.
-
We connect you to the right professional.
-
We track the issue until it’s resolved.
The difference by tier is how many events are included. But in every case, you know you’ve got a first responder on your side.
